10 Thoughts- December 5th

1.’Not thinking about it’ is actually an amazing way to get out of your comfort zone. I’ve been practicing this for awhile and now that I’m getting good at it, it’s improving my life.

2.I wonder how much work it would take to make a good quality short film.

3.”Know that if I’m ever not here anymore, I appreciated every single moment of this.” I’m not sure if this is the nicest thing I’ve ever heard, or the saddest.

4.Maybe luck is just a numbers game. Maybe the more times you try, the more likely you are to find the thing that works.

5.A number of guys I’ve dated have commented that I make them feel comfortable, or secure. How am I doing this and is the a common thing for guys to say?

6.There is a real sport called Ha du du. (It’s also called Kabaddi, but why would you not call it Ha du du?)

7.Why do people get so excited about advent calender’s? They have almost no chocolate in them. My roommate hypothesized that a good advent calendar would be one where the chocolates get bigger everyday.

8.If we’re all fundamentally alone, we should probably learn to see this in a positive way.

9.Do we all have different levels of tolerance to boredom? Or do we train ourselves to focus (or not focus) more throughout our lives?

10. We’re not always alone. We pass through moments of connection with family, friends and strangers all the time. The moments don’t last forever, but that doesn’t have to make them less valuable.
